Mercy Mercader

Chief Finance Officer / CFO

Is a seasoned Operations Manager with extensive experience leading business operations in reputable companies across Cebu, Philippines. Has a strong track record in managing government related transactions and stream lining processes across various industries. In Addition to her operational role, she is a real Estate Consultant regularly coordinating with government agencies such as the Registry of Deeds, LRA, DAR, DENR, PEZA and MCIAA to support clients in complex property conveyances and legal filings. She also brings entrepreneurial experience in furniture and fashion accessories design, combining operational efficiency with creative execution, her strength lies in problem solving, cross sector collaboration, and delivering results in high stakes environments.

Jumyl Alfaro Maypa brings to IRON FUEL Trading a strong track record in business leadership, operational oversight, and strategic execution. With background experience and roles across multiple sectors—outsourcing, fintech, construction, and energy—he is well-positioned to drive IRON FUEL’s operational efficiency, streamline internal processes, and scale its supply chain and logistics capabilities. As COO, he is integral to translating company strategy into actionable performance: ensuring that delivery, execution, and service quality align with the organization’s decades-long reputation for reliability and client satisfaction.

Attorney Lynn Danao Moreno

Corporate Lawyer

Attorney Lynn Danao-Moreno is a seasoned public servant and legal professional in the Philippines, held the position of Assistant Executive Secretary in the Office of the President for General Government Administration. She has also been an active figure in career executive service circles, notably serving as Vice-President for External Affairs of the Philippine Association for Government Budget Administration (PAGBA) and holding executive roles within the National Union of Career Executive Service Officers (NUCESO). Ms. Moreno holds degrees in Commerce (Accounting) and Law from the University of Santo Tomas, and completed graduate studies in Public Management through the Open University of the University of the Philippines. Her breadth of experience spans government administration, legal oversight, budgeting, and executive policy implementation.
